1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.2 Account Creation and Responsibility

You may create only one (1) Account with nasa17. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nasa17 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void all wagers placed through such Accounts, and withhold any winnings or deposits associated with duplicate Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify nasa17 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. nasa17 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials or from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your negligence.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your nasa17 Account using the payment methods made available on the platform, which may include but are not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to participating Philippine banks, and other electronic payment systems. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

nasa17 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary depending on the payment method selected and your Account status. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and method used.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources, are not derived from any illegal activity, and are not deposited on behalf of any third party. nasa17 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account restrictions or closure.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and are subject to verification procedures as nasa17 deems necessary.

nasa17 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and to charge fees for withdrawal processing, though we endeavor to process most withdrawals without additional charges to the User. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and verification requirements, but nasa17 strives to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of approval.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name. nasa17 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. You must complete identity verification procedures before your first withdrawal, which may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

nasa17 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and legal obligations.

3.3 Currency and Transaction Processing

All transactions on nasa17 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a different currency, the funds will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate, and you acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of deposits and withdrawals.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

nasa17 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other special offers to Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, expiration dates, and restrictions on eligible games or bet types. • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any nasa17 software or systems

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, voiding of wagers, and withholding of winnings. nasa17 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

nasa17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide various tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. 6. Account Closure and Suspension

Self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes is available upon request and will result in immediate and indefinite closure of your Account with no possibility of reopening. Self-exclusion requests should be taken seriously as they cannot be reversed.

6.2 nasa17-Initiated Closure or Suspension

nasa17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

In the event of Account closure or suspension by nasa17, any remaining Balance may be forfeited if the closure is due to violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. If closure is not related to User misconduct, any remaining Balance will be returned following completion of applicable procedures.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality available on the nasa17 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, games, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of nasa17 or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the nasa17 Services grants you no ownership rights to any content, software, or intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the nasa17 platform without prior written consent from nasa17, except as necessary for normal use of the Services as intended.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall nasa17's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

nasa17 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

nasa17 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
